April Recap! Closing my books, health drama, what I'm reading 🌶️
My April recap as a small-biz owner, stay-at-home mom, creative bitch, and tired witch.
If you’re part of the APCU (astral pathways cinematic universe) then you know I usually post my end-of-month recaps on Instagram.
But moving forward, I’m going to start sharing them here as part of a paid subscriber perk. That way, I can go into more detail and be a little more honest and unhinged. And that level of transparency needs to be behind a paywall for my own energetic boundaries, k? I know you get it.
This will be a lot more casual than my usual content, like you’re my long-distance bestie getting a monthly update from me.
What you can find in this month’s update:
The real reason I closed my books for live readings (and what I’m doing instead)
The behind-the-scenes things I’m working on for astral pathways
How much money astral pathways made this month
Pictures of my artwork
Comprehensive list of books I read this month and how 🌶️spicy🌶️ they were
My biggest ups and downs this month
So, shall we begin?
April’s general vibe
April was a seesaw between Having A Hard Time™ and really enjoying my life. Lots of annoying/frustrating/stressful things happened, but also lots of good things, too. It felt like whiplash every other day.
My card1 for April was The River, which is all about showing up as you are and going with the current and flow of life. Which is a lot harder to actually do than it sounds!!
I feel like these themes showed up for me a lot in my business: recognizing where the energy was flowing and where it was totally NOT flowing, and coming to terms with that. I’d have some good ideas but when it came time to execute, it felt like the magic was dead in the water. This signaled to me that the timing wasn’t right, and I needed to be patient. Follow the flow, I guess.
Because of this, April was a pretty quiet one for my business.
astral pathways update
The biggest news for and from my business this month is probably that I decided to close my books for live readings (indefinitely). This decision was long overdue and I did it for several reasons.
