A place for the people who feel like we’re “too much”

All my life I’ve felt like I’m too much. I’m too emotional, too introspective. I’ve got too many feelings, too many swirling thoughts. I cry too much, eat too much, weigh too much.

Relinquishing anyone else’s definitions of “too much,” TMI is a collection of essays, poems, visuals, etc. that reflects my own inner dialogue as I process old traumas and navigate new motherhood.

I named it TMI because I’m known to overshare on the internet (yes, hi 👋🏼) and I wanted a dedicated space where I could explore complex topics with curiosity, honesty, and a balance of irreverence and earnest. Bonus if my processes and conclusions provide you with some insight—or, at the very least, reassurance that you are not alone in your muchness.

Since I’m a new mom who works full time, I’m posting once a month, with the hopes of being able to one day share more often.
